At SilkieDream, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return your product within 14 days of receiving it.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In its original packaging, including tags
- Reported within 14 days of delivery
How to Request a Return

- Your order number
- The product you wish to return
- The reason for your return
Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Damaged or Defective Products
Did you receive a damaged or defective product? Please contact us as soon as possible at info@silkiedream.com. If possible, include photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was delivered damaged or defective.
